We want you to love every piece you purchase from Good Grief, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
